I get a sip error message & a red / green blinking dot appear on my device screen. What does this mean?
Sorry to hear and this could be due to a number of reasons, local network, maybe a newly installed firewall ( software/hardware)
Can you try to ping the SIP server address/domain from the same network you’re trying to register the number? If the response is “unreachable” it could mean your IP is banned for too many failed attempts. In that case send us your IP addess.
Also , if the number was recently terminated and then restored, it might need to be re-enabled in the PBX/ Phone system
