Sip turns off by itself

Hi,

I set up a SIP account with CSipSimple and looks ok.
However, it turns off by itself 9the green dot turns into red and on the bottom it is written device not available)
The devicw is available (the account on my smartphone is available -green)
When I play a little with the account on my smartphone the SIP on the dashboard turns Green again.
Please advise. In the actual condition I cannot use the SIP

Hi

This is most likely coming from the app as once the app is off or not running in the background it may cause it to loose SIP connection

One app that is really great at getting around this is the Acrobits SIP app, it keeps registered with the SIP account even when completely off and not running
