Also what forwarding are you using, if you can post a screenshot or PM the screenshot that would be appreciated.

I’m thinking the issue is what you’re entering when you choose VoIP, if you could me details it would be appreciated ( the order process is actually being updated as we speak )
I want to receive calls on my android cell phone.
I see a link to an app called: phone.systems
upon launch this app wants a QR code
Dont have one
to sign up selecting VOIP (which i presume connects with this app) i need to ented details of the voip device

Thank you for the suggestion and the entire user panel is due for an update - our docs are new so its a start…
You’ll want to select phone system to use the phone system app. Once done we will handle the rest.
