Help setting up FlyNumber

Hi, I’m about to purchase a FlyNumber but I need some step by step help in setting it up. Do I have to sign up a service somewhere else to receive the calls what you forward? if so, can you suggest which one to use?

From there, I see I can use Zoiper to receive calls. I’m not sure how to get this to work.
