Forward calls VOIP => FreePBX

Hi,

I have tried to setup call forwarding to my freepbx as explained here:

  1. created extension
  2. created incoming route with my flynumber DID.
  3. added informatin to extensions_custom.conf and sip_custom.conf
    but for all incoming calls I get:
    NOTICE[3973][C-0000f97d] chan_sip.c: Call from ‘46.19.210.14’ (46.19.210.14:5060) to extension ‘210’ rejected because extension not found in context ‘from-fly’.

Would be really great if you could setup a short freepbx instructions / tutorial page :smile:

Not sure how you set this up on your side but did you also add all our IP’s to your trunk/system?

Whats the error you’re getting in the call history page? ( NOTE: Set “to” date to one day in the future to see the more recent calls)
