URGENT - Can’t receive or make calls - even purchased groundwire

Thanks for the update here…

This would be an issue as it you cant make outgoing calls if its not registered

Perhaps the groundwire SIP info is conflicting with x-lite, can you click the + in the person module and add a new “device” , it will give you new SIP info to enter into x-lite

Side note: make sure outbound is enabled for this SIP “device”
