I would like to confirm if I receive incoming SIP calls from Toll free number in Brazil really are free

The main site is being updated as far as toll free rates, incoming calls with Toll free numbers have a per min rate regardless and independent of forwarding ( not free )
For Brazil for example, it would be 0.16 for landline and 0.30 for mobile callers in Brazil to call your Brazil toll free number.
