Even though I received my regular email every month saying that the auto-payments are going through fine, we found out from a customer of ours that our phones have been down for a week (callers are getting a busy signal). I logged in and noticed that our auto-payments have not been taken by Flynumber since February? Our credit card is fine. When I couldn’t get a response from my ticket or my phone calls (nobody answers), I decided to make a $20 payment to Flynumber cover the amounts not being taken by Flynumber for the last three months - this $20 payment is now pending like all the rest of the previous monthly auto-payments.
Please someone help!
