Payment is still pending

We have some flynumbers, we renewed one before 6/30, and the payment says pending, now it stopped working, but we paid and renewed the number in a timely manner. Can you help us find out why the payment is still pending?

Sorry to hear about this and the ticket was updated earlier. Seems there is a mismatch with your credit card billing address/zip code and the card on file - We were able to manually get the number renewed but we updated you account with specifics on the credit card auto-bill.
