'Forbidden' Failures and Phone Not Receiving/Accepting Calls

Hi Support,

I paid up my account and have an ‘Active’ DID number. Whenever I make a call to the forwarded number, it doesn’t work. I get a couple ring tones and then it automatically hangs up.

I’ve tried the following methods to get in contact with you:

  1. Called the New York support number
  2. Sent an email to [email protected]
  3. Sent a ticket through my login.

Can you please help with a solution?

Sorry to hear about your issues, we checked the account and all looks OK now

Seems it was billing related and this was squared away- the ticket you sent was also updated
