Please lift the following ticket because I cannot use the number they gave me from Nicaragua.

Shouldn’t that be included in the monthly fee? What are they going to do with that money? What do you mean there are no outgoing calls?

Yes, we can enable it from here - normally $14.95, but we can enable it for $9.95.
However, please keep in mind that specifically with these Nicaragua numbers, there are no outgoing calls available unfortunately.

Apologies for the confusion here, and your ticket was updated.

It just so happens that specifically with Nicaragua and a handful of other countries, they don’t allow outgoing calls from their local phone numbers. This is not really a FlyNumber issue, but more of a local carrier restriction.

All the other features would be available to you in the cloud phone system though.
