TCP transport support

I’m trying to connect my number to Elevenlabs SIP trunking | ElevenLabs Documentation and I set up the SIP domain without port and without transport=TCP. All the calls I do with this configuration are not connecting, the call just hangs until it’s closed. On call logs it says Request Timeout. Since the ElevenLabs docs state that UDP isn’t supported, I wanted to ask whether do you support TCP?
