Hello everyone! I need to connect my new Flynumber phone number to Linphone. When i open Linphone, it allows me to ‘Create a new account’, '‘Use Linphone account’, ‘Use sip account’ or ‘Fetch remote configuration’.. I went with the ‘Use SIP account’ but it asked me about username and passoword [I entered the name ones I used for Flynumber] then in domain, I entered what i found on Flynumber account info, and as ‘Transport’ I chose ‘UDP’. But it keeps saying that the connection failed. Do you please anyone know what to do? And if so, should I try another provider instead of Linphone? Thank you very much

Apologies for the late response.
I see you have our phone system and can just use the App - we had already set this up for you initially. More info on resending the App invite here:
Not sure what you used, but I do not see a SIP account being set up in your panel. You do that from Contact Methods > SIP Account - more info here: Contact Methods | The FlyNumber Docs
You then set the FlyNumber to ring to that SIP account in the ring group (right now you have it set to only ring to our internal phone system app).

I have figured it out eventually. I just needed to set up the app correctly and wait until my payment was fully processed. Then it worked.

I would actually love to ask you one more question. My phone number stopped wokring and every call failed. I found out that I have used up my credit, so I added money to my account/credit. But the number still doesn’t dial any numbers and fails.
Do I just need to wait or is there another problem?

Use the E.164 format without any prefixes (no 011, 00, or + symbol):
For US/Canada numbers: Country code (1) + area code + number Example: 19176282411
For UK numbers: Country code (44) + number Example: 442036031157
