Every year on the Renewal date, although it is Renew is enabled my Flynumber stops working.
Every year I write to you and you solve it in a day.
This time it’s already a week, and I get no solution.
I don’t get Sms, I don’t get calls, and all I am getting from support is that the sip provider have problem or Zoiper problem as nothing changed! Only the renewal here.

Can I get more professional faster support please? It’s been a week! This is my business phone, I am using another phone for a week because of it.

Can we avoid this renewal problem every year?

Sincerely sorry to hear about this and we updated the ticket as far as phone calls working - we tested this with a different SIP forwarding…
Set “host” to iptel.org
and “user/extension” to music
to get started quickly and test the FlyNumber out. You’ll hear music when you call the number.
…as far as the SMS, we found the issue. Seems at one point the SMS was not enabled via the account settings here and when updated (I’m assuming you updated it at one point) it did not fully realize.
I took care of this for you, re-sent the SMS and confirmed via our mail server logs the email with the SMS/text was sent.
As far as the sip2sip.info not working, are you using Zoiper?
Is the app running and on the dialpad you see “Registered” ?
The sip2sip works fine, nothing changed there.
I am using Zoiper and it is registered.
I didn’t update anything in my account recently.

Pleasure speaking to you @Erez_Peretz and if this persists let me know - you may want to consider the groundwire app (1 time paid app) otherwise you should be OK.
