Number showing as inactive

I have a number with you that works if I forward it to my cellphone, but as soon as I put my FreeVoipDeal username in and someone calls, it says the number is inactive. Does it take time for the change in call forwarding to become active or is there another step I’ve missed? Thanks for your help.

You may want to try their SIP info into a 3rd party VoIP app like zoiper
