Not getting SMS to my US number (no emails forwarded)

I have logged a ticket through the portal. but no response yet and the SMS forwarding service is still not working. I noticed when I logged into my account that now we have to enable billed sms. But my understanding is that sms to my US number are free and do no need to be enabled. Please clarify.

Please can someone investigate. This is a very frustrating experience as the sms are important.

US SMS is enabled by default, and you need to request the disabling of SMS if that’s your preference. Incoming SMS for US numbers is NOT free. We see at least one recent SMS (yesterday) being sent to your US flynumber (from a number ending in 7840).

I see you recently added funds, so this should be OK now.
