I have a UK number with you that supports SMS, but they are not being forwarded to my email. Configuration looks OK. Is there anything else I should do?
Hi @shishko, sorry to hear about your SMS issues.
We don’t see any texts coming in according to our logs. Are you testing from a UK mobile phone? That would be the best way to test.
Keep in mind SMS verification is not guaranteed to work - more info here.

Apologies for the delay here, and could you send us the UK number you sent the SMS from? You can PM or open a ticket with this info.
A UK mobile sending an SMS to your UK FlyNumber should work without any issues.
