Number not going through to mr

So I need help. Purchased Denmark number. Need it to receive texts. I used this protocol. Forwarding to my USA number. When the Denmark number is dialed, automated message says contact customer service. Call does not go through/get forwarded to my USA number. Nor does text/sms messages. I have money on my flynumber account. What could be the issue?

I’m testing by calling from USA so using

011 before the Denmark number.

It’s not working for me also,

And noone is answering to my question and tickets even though I raised several tickets in account.

Hi @Charla_Rudisill,

Sorry to hear that, and we see the issue. You’re forwarding the FlyNumber to the same number you are calling from (causing a loop).

Please see the link below for more info:

Sorry to hear about this @bron9995

Please keep the settings in My FlyNumbers as far as using the phone system as-is - more info below:

We changed this from here, so now the calls will be routed via the phone system, and call handling will happen through the phone system.

Thanks, and I’m here if you need anything.

I’ve tried to call from another number. Twice. You can see that in the log. And I get an automated response to call customer service.

I can also see in this forum that 45 92 number cannot be used for sms/texts. That’s only what I need it for. If this is true, why is there an option to have sms delivered to my USA number when I set the 45 92 number up?

Not only additional Numbers, all inbound call is not working even though I set all things according to your guide.

Hi @Charla_Rudisill, and correct. USA numbers have SMS enabled while Denmark mobile numbers do not.

Are you sure that message is not from the forwarding number?

To test, I would try the following:

Set “host” to iptel.org and “user/extension” to music to quickly test your FlyNumber. You’ll hear music when you call the number.
