Help - none of my numbers work

HELLO,
I HAVE BEEN A LOYAL CUSTOMER FOR TEN YEARS.

RECENTLY MY NUMBERS STOPPED FORWARDING AT ALL, DESPITE HAVING PLENTY OF €€€ PRE-PAID BALANCE.

I HAVE ENTERED MULTIPLE TICKETS, AND ALL OF THEM HAVE GONE UNANSWERED.

MY USERNAME/EMAIL IS THE SAME AS THE ONE USED FOR THE DISCUSSION GROU. I WOULD APPRECIATE AN UPDATE OF WHAT IS HAPPENING, SINCE I CANNOT RUN MY BUSINESS LIKE THIS.

Checking the account over and seems the USA toll-free number lapsed, this is was caused the Forbidden. Was Auto-renew ever disabled here?

Getting more info for you on this but the request terminated could mean the forwarding number is blocking the calls

thank you for your note.

yes, the USA number is in auto renewal, and, furthermore, there ALWAYS is a large credit in the account. this is the second time that it “lapses”, so there is something terribly with the system. can you please double check what is going on?

as for the Malta number, the french number forwarded to is definitely not blocking calls… and, as you can see in the panel, it then is supposed to try other numbers, which it never does. can you look more into it, or tell me what i can do?

Keep in mind, if auto-renew is off the numbers will not renew, even if there are funds in prepaid. It doesnt sound like thats the case here though.

We’re now going to monitor this account specifically and see if something comes up as far as the next renewal.

If the first number answers and just hangs up (or has some other technical issue after answering) it will never go to the other numbers.

If you can , could you test the forwarding to one of those French numbers directly in My account > My flynumbers

Choose change forwarding and use “Regular phone” ( update fields accordingly;see below )

We’re on top of this now and hopefully more details soon.

i have changed both.

the Malta +351 2034 xxxx is still not working when forwarded to my French number, although my French number works fine otherwise… so it has to be something in your system.

has the USA number been properly re-activated?

please advise.

An update from a tech that took a look at this…

According to the available CDRs we’re seeing that all the calls have a short ringing duration, around 5 seconds, it seems like the caller is terminating the call before the end destination picks it up.

We also carried out additional tests, where a Live answer was received via the previously given CDRs route.

Have you tried forwarding the Malta number to a different France number?

Also try forwarding with the account directly - not the PBX

My account > my flynumbers - then change forwarding to Regular phone number

Yes it has, we also set it to go to the new PBX phone system which is what you had set earlier.

Whatever settings you had in the phone system for that number is the logic the call flow will follow.


Please let us know what happens when you forward the Malta numbers to different phone numbers.
