+1 800 forward not working - says no $ but there is balance

i am getting the error below to my 1 800 xxx xxxx number … BUT NOT ONLY DO I HAVE A BALANCE, i also have paypal associated with the account.

THIS IS VERY URGENT, I CANNOT RUN MY BUSINESS.

Sorry to hear this Luis and all looks well with the account now.

To completely auto-bill the account you’ll need to use a credit card on file, Paypal works for manual payments or to setup the monthly subscription for just the number itself, which you seem to have for both Malta and the US.

The issue is that you have no card on file as well as no notification set. I set this for you to at least notify you when the calls falls below $5. You can change this in My account > My details.
