I’ve added credit to my account and set call forwarding to a number created in Talkatone. It isn’t ringing, however. I also tried with my regular phone number through T-Mobile (served where I am by NTT Docomo in Japan) and that didn’t ring either.
Forwarding to a regular phone number should work OK now as the funds have been applied to your account
To see the prepaid balance its My account > dashboard and then summary tab
Talkatone doesn’t allow incoming SIP calls ( unless something recently changed) so the only way to send calls there is by forwarding to a regular phone number for a low per min rate
