Forbiden calls extenral pbx system

Hi, im having some problems while connecting my spanish number to my PBX.

I have been al day and almost all night trying to configure the trunk sip. I dont find any error. In my call history im getting FAIL | FORBIDEN calls.

At first i thought it was my fault because i was trying to register with SIP URI, didnt realize that flynumber use AuthIP, but once i configured well my trunk still forbids my calls, anyways im getting 200 OK on pings and REGISTERS. And the flynumber is configured to my VPS public ip and my extension.

Cant be firewall i tried to turned off my firewall and iptables. But still getting forbidden calls.

Readed that some numbers appear as active, but they are througth some “special activation process”. Is this my case?

Thank you beforehand.

Hi @Cristian,

In this case, the “Forbidden” indicates the number is not active. Although sometimes it could be a SIP uri is being rejected (not in this case though).

We are at the mercy of our partners in Spain when it comes to getting the number live. In your case, they requested more info—we updated you via email with more details.

Thanks, and let us know.

I,ve already send all the things you asked for, and your asking for them again.

Btw, one time i did all this kyc. If i buy another number my numbers will get verified instantly or i have to verify them again.

Thanks for the update.

You sent us what we already have; we need more detailed info as requested. Please double-check the email (we just resent it).

You won’t need to verify again; new numbers will be approved nearly instantly.
