Calls fails on new DID

Hi,

When I try calling my DID number( New Zealand number), I have been receiving an automated message. this number does not exist.

I want my newly allocated New Zealand number calls to be forwarded to my Saudi mobile number. Can you please look at it and fix the issue?

All I need is an employer from New Zealand to try reaching me should reach my mobile number in Saudi.

NewZealand Number: 6478XXXXXX
Saudi Arabia Number: 00966500XXXXXX

Perhaps you tested before the NZ number was actually active. We just tested and the number is working now.
