404 Error During Order Process

Hello,

I was trying to place an order for new forwarding phone lines and kept receiving a 404 error page. Any suggestions?

Thanks for bringing this to our attention and the error as been fixed. (We’re right in the middle of a major overhaul to the front-end)

Let us know if you run into anything else but this should be OK now.

Thank you for getting back with me so quickly. I have gone through the order process and on the Order Summary page, when I click Proceed with Saved Card, nothing happens.

Thank you again for the feedback Darryl and this is on our side, getting this fixed as we speak…

In the meantime if you add funds manually My account > add funds

and then add a FlyNumber, youll be able to pay using the prepaid which will work.

This functionality should be working shortly though…
