Good morning. I only noticed this weekend that my number is no longer working. I also noticed that I have over 20 USD in my account balance. I would like that money refunded please to my paypal as I will not be using the service any more. Thanks for your confirmation.
Sorry to hear and multiple emails are sent before a number is canceled. Once a number terminates, an email is sent as well. Perhaps this went into a spam or junk folder. At that point, we still have a couple of weeks to restore the number. We can check if the number is still available, just let us know
Your prepaid balance was fully refunded to your PayPal.
