Reactivate the DID

Hi, I have wrote the ticket to support but unfortunately no answer. Please answer me on. It is related to the DID activation after I have replaced default card disabled by bank and paid the invoice. My username is checker.
Also I have two invoices paid for the same: 864226, 864422, how to solve this?
