Activation of a South African Number

Hi Support

I have updated ticket_id=34111, and am looking for the activation details on my number.

I have emailed the support email address with the required documentation as requested.

Kindly advise the progress.

Obviously an old post but we wanted to reply in case someone comes across this topic (This was replied to outside the forum at the time)

Update as of March 2023:

The regulations for registering a South Africa number have been updated, you will need a Photo ID (South African passport or ID)

and proof of address in South Africa - a bill or statement or invoice no older than 6 months

If it’s for a company, you’ll need to provide a company certificate as well
