Outbound call to Vietnam from Korea

We are a South Korean company that provides 1:1 video English lessons.
Even without any specific marketing efforts, we’ve seen a growing number of customers from Vietnam, so we are planning to expand our business to Vietnam later this year.
However, we do not plan to establish a local legal entity in Vietnam. Instead, we intend to continue using our current (Korea-based) website, with some adjustments for the Vietnamese market.

For this reason, we need a Vietnamese local phone number.
When we call customers, we would like the caller ID to appear as a local Vietnamese number, not an international number.
We would like to know whether it’s possible to obtain a Vietnamese phone number that supports both outbound and receiving calls, without having a legal entity in Vietnam.

Thanks for posting and we can help you get a Vietnam number.

There are no registration requirements for Vietnam. However, you currently can’t make outgoing calls with the phone number.

The numbers are also “metered“ so they’re similar to the way Toll-free phone numbers work in that there is an incoming per min rate regardless of the forwarding.
