Philippines Virtual Number – Calls & SMS

Hi FlyNumber Team,

I’m interested in purchasing a Philippines (+63) virtual number.

I only need:

  • Incoming calls
  • Incoming SMS
  • Outgoing SMS

I don’t need outgoing calls.

Could you please confirm if you offer a Philippines number that supports these features, the monthly and usage costs, and what documents are required to purchase and activate it?

Hi @Krys,

We can give you a Philippines number for incoming calls, but not for SMS. Our Philippines numbers (Manila, Cebu and Davao City) are voice-only, so they can’t send or receive texts. That’s a carrier limit on Philippine numbers, and we don’t have a +63 option with SMS right now.

If incoming calls alone would work for you, the number costs $14.95/month with no setup fee. These are metered numbers, so incoming calls are also charged per minute, currently about $0.21/min. You can forward calls to any phone, to a SIP app, or to our cloud phone system.

The Philippines regulator requires registration before the number goes live. You’ll need a passport or national ID, plus an address in the same area as the number (for example, a Manila address for a Manila number) and a utility bill for that address from the last 6 months. The panel asks you to upload these at checkout, and you can follow the approval on the Number Registration page.
