my phone number was deleted for no reason and support does not reply. Now I cannot access a certain account because of that. what is happening here?
You were updated directly on this @rscom, and there was a billing issue.
Please also make sure @flynumber.com emails are whitelisted, as we always send an email before a number gets renewed, as well as when it’s canceled. When it’s canceled, there is still at least a week where you can restore it yourself via the panel.

The number was terminated for a while and was purchased as it eventually returned to the pool of numbers for anyone to obtain.
We are trying some alternate methods to see if we can retrieve it - will update ASAP.
