Hi Team, we are currently using 8x8 and we are in need to add a phone number from Dominican Republic that allows us forward calls to 8x8. How could we achieve this?

Thanks for posting, and from what we can tell in their SIP_Interface_Spec_trunk.pdf (225.2 KB) - I don’t see why they wouldn’t accept calls from our phone numbers.

You can set the DR number to the SIP URI they specify. You may want to contact them to get the SIP address - it could be something like [email protected].

According to the PDF, you’ll need to add our IPs in their system - those can be found here:
