When answering an incoming call, after about 30 seconds, the call/connection falls out. So when my clients call, they have to call me back 5 times to be able to finish our conversation.
It has nothing to do with a bad internet connection, because the calls are forwarded to my mobile number in Guatemala and not to VOIP.

Your account has run out of funds, you need funds in your prepaid balance for the phone number forwarding to work.
Please add funds when you can.
If you change the forwarding to VOIP/SIP it will work fine…
To see the prepaid balance its My account > dashboard and then summary tab
You can add a notifier and auto-bill features ( With Credit card on file) from My account > My Details
