My outbound calls keep failing

I have a balance of $1 on my account as advised. But my outbound calls keep failing. The calls don’t even ring at all, just drops and say “Failed.” Please, what do I do to resolve this.

There was a slight discrepancy between what our internal systems had and what your prepaid balance showed.

You did not have enough funds as your previous calls took your prepaid below 0, which is why the calls failed.

It can sometimes take a couple of minutes for the prepaid to update after you make a call (our new panel in the works will have the prepaid updated nearly instantly).

We re-added a courtesy $1 credit just now. Please try again, and this should work OK.

Thank you for this info. Can you confirm how much you per min call rates are?
