I didn't spend my balance btw it's deducted

I didn’t spend my balance so, also I can see my total spending money is 0 in call history.

But my balance is deducted from 7.9 to 5.4 when I try to buy new number, anyway it’s failed, and balance is deducted, just before I created new order for a number, now balance is deducted again.

Hi @bron9995,

You ordered a new number using the prepaid system. It automatically takes the funds out of prepaid when it’s in pending status.

You also ordered a different Polish city from the current active one. You’ll need an address in Warsaw for the new order, which can be updated via email directly.

I just tried to buy only one number (2.95$), but 6 $ is deducted, please take a look about my history.

Hi @bron9995,

You seem to be making outgoing calls with our phone system—there is a per-minute rate when you call out.

You can view the invoice for those charges in My account > Invoice.

Please also note your latest Warsaw number is active and set to the phone system now.
