Hello,
I am interested in obtaining a Polish virtual phone number through your service. Before proceeding, I would like to clarify a few points to ensure it fits my requirements:
-
Will the number allow me to receive incoming calls from Poland while I am located abroad (specifically in Bangladesh)?
-
Can calls be forwarded directly to my current mobile number in Bangladesh, or would I need to use a VoIP application/SIP client?
-
Does the number support incoming SMS (e.g., for verification codes)?
-
What are the monthly costs, setup fees, and call forwarding charges (if any)?
-
Are there any minimum usage requirements or risks of the number being deactivated if not used regularly?
-
What type of documentation or verification do you require to activate a Polish number for a non-resident?
I would appreciate your guidance on the best plan for my use case.

Hi @AzmaeenAshraf and thanks for posting.
Yes, you will be able to receive calls no matter where you are.
You can use either. When sending calls to a Bangladesh phone number, there would be an additional per minute rate, whereas if you send to VOIP, there is no per minute rate.
We do have Poland 48-73 mobile numbers that support SMS. We have seen some success with verification codes; however, we can NOT guarantee it. Regular SMS from Polish mobile phones should work fine, though.
The Poland mobile is 9.95 USD for the number, a per min rate if you forward to a regular phone number.
You would just need to pay the monthly for the number - Polish mobile numbers are 9.95 USD per month. You have about 2 weeks to restore a number when you miss a payment - you will end up paying for the lost time. More info on payments and billing here.
Either a photo ID (if going under personal) or a company certificate (if it’s for business) - you’ll need to provide an address for either, it could be any address in the world.
