I am able to connect with my mobile - but not with Grandstream GXP 2000 - which was how it was working normally

Can you still ping the SIP server address from your network?

If not send us your IP as perhaps it was banned for too many failed attempts. To get your IP address go to google and type “what is my IP address”

Can you also try a new set of SIP info from your PBX on x-lite

Why is my IP address banned. Can someone help. i am your customer and you ban my IP address it makes no sense. Then it tells me to contact the webadmin and there is no contact info

Please PM or email us the IP address - go to google and type what is my ip address

( from the same network where your connected via SIP)
