hi, my flynumber username is tjguirim, I ordered a French 09 line, since June 20 I see my number 09 in green on the list of my numbers, I asked technical support by ticket (agent Nader) if the line was active because when I dial the number, it doesn’t work but I haven’t had a response since June 21, I also ordered a Canadian number and it’s the same thing I’m waiting for activation, it takes too much time time, thank you for doing what is necessary

Thank you for your support, but the problem is that now I can no longer use the pbx phone.system, and therefore I no longer have any functional lines, please do what is necessary to activate the French number and restore the pbx as quickly as possible

What do you mean by a problem on my account? if it is not possible to obtain the French number, I understand, it is no longer necessary, on the other hand I need the Canadian number but when I try to connect to my account I can no longer do so, please restore my access
