It will enable incoming/outgoing calls as well as outgoing SMS (US outgoing SMS might be a little late due to internal red tape).

The launch will happen any day now; however, USA outbound won’t be at the same time, unfortunately.
Also, we will need to register the business to get outbound US working in your account. Outbound SMS is subject to very strict regulations.
