Forward Calls to External Number During Hours

I am using the phone system call flow and trying to setup hours (which I did successfully), but I can’t forward to an external number. I need to forward to external during X hours and internally during the opposite hours, I can’t seem to find any options for simple forwarding

Thanks for posting, and it seems like you’ll need a ring group module.

With the ring group module, you can set up a contact method to send calls to. This could include a regular phone number, SIP account, or the phone system app. You could also mix and match combinations of them.

First, you will want a “contact method” configured.

Then add one of those contact methods to a ring group. You can add the ring group after the time module you set up.

Unless you set up your time configuration using the main menu option (not the time module) — in that case, you won’t need the ring group module.
