I am unable to assign the same inbound number to two of my employees. Could you please guide me on the necessary steps to resolve this issue? Additionally, could you review the workflow I have set up to ensure everything is configured correctly, as the inbound functionality is not working as expected?
You’ll want to use the Phone number module, just make sure that the FlyNumber is not set in any of the contact methods directly.

Seems you have the phone number module set correctly but you’ll want to add your other employee to the ring group module, you only have 1 app config setup there.
To send another app invite go to the user and re-send as we see only one of the users is setup for the app.
