Can't pick up int'l forwarded calls from my Google Voice

I’ve been a FlyNumber member for a long time - and had no problems receiving my forwarded Google voice calls to my international German cell number.

But in the last 6+ months, when the call gets forwarded - the recorded voice asks - whether I want to receive the call or to send to voice mail (as usual) however, for some reason - I press 1 - to talk…and it ignores (or doesn’t recognize) and sends the call to (google) voice mail.

Any tips?

How is the forwarding setup? Is it direct?

Perhaps you want to try forwarding your FlyNumber directly to the GV number from the PBX or from the My account > My flynumbers page
