I have number 7023593845 set to forward to 8776430295 via a ring group, but the call is failing. I attempted to forward to other PSTN numbers and they fail as well. Only internal routing seems to be working.

This number is not working again as of today, and for some reason the flynumber support number is down.
Sorry again to hear about this. We see the issue; you will want to follow the E.164 format (without any + symbols, dashes, spaces, etc.) when adding phone numbers for forwarding (or outgoing calls). You need a ‘1’ in front of the 877…
We updated the phone numbers you forward calls to in the phone system (one other number looked incorrect as well).
Please retest, and this should be OK now.
