Call and SMS forwarding not working and cannot enable phone system

Hi, I got a SG number yesterday and set call forwarding and SMS forwarding to an email address, but neither seem to work when I place test calls.

If I go to phone system the message is Phone System not enabled on your account.

When you tried this, the Singapore number was not active (as per the pending email the system sent you).

You should have received an email when the number was active. We also see more recent OK calls in the call history, so this looks OK now.

SG numbers do not have SMS capabilities at the moment.

Correct, as you will need to add funds manually (or a card on file) for us to enable— a message was sent regarding this.
