Why and how did my account and number disappear? I have autorenew on and even then the amount was not deducted and now the number disappeared from my account?
Sorry to hear and noticed you have 2 cancelled numbers on the account, did you want to possibility restore both of them? (Send us a PM)
We had updated the billing logic not too long ago so that could be the reason, emails were sent well before the number cancelled though - perhaps check spam/junk folder.
