Why am I considered high risk?

Hi, I already have one virtual number, but when I tried to order a second number, my order was canceled because it is “high risk”. I tried to contact flynumber for numerous times but did not receive a response. I am hoping someone on the team will look and this forum and address my issue. Thanks

Multiple factors, where payment is coming from to suspicious activity with the number(s) ( one time use/ phone verification for instance)
