I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the UK virtual phone number service I recently purchased from your company. Despite acquiring the number with sufficient credit, I have encountered the following issues:

  1. Incoming Call Failures: Callers receive a message indicating that the number is non-existent, and I am only notified of missed calls without the opportunity to answer them.
  2. Outgoing Call Display: When I make calls, the recipient does not see a UK number; instead, it displays a local number from my current location.

These problems undermine the primary purpose of obtaining a UK number for my business communications. Given the service’s failure to function as advertised, I am requesting a full refund.

Are you using our phone system? - If so those logs are more detailed.
