Waiting for phone number activation since more than 2 days

I have purchased 3 phone numbers 2 days ago. Even its paid it does not get activated. What is going on here?

Your admin answered in the ticket that he needs information to activate ONE number. What is about the other TWO numbers? I have already US numbers without a problem. So can you just activate the us numbers at least for the moment?

Since almost a week ago and my numbers are still pending.

I appriciate your service and the good prices but is this business really serious? How can you wait someone one week to obtain some simple numbers. Its a joke. If I complain the response I get is my account seems to be flagged because I have purchased beside other legit numbers one German numbers and verification proofs are missing. Is this really serious? What is wrong here?

  1. Photo ID or company certificate
  2. Proof of address (bill/statement/invoice, less than 6 months old)
  3. Full name or company name
  4. Phone number
  5. German address for registration
