Delay on my new order

I ordered a number for zurich Switzerland - I was to upload my ID card via email to Support - I have done that and it has been more that 24 hours without response, I will appreciate a speedy look into this and possibly have my number issued

number is assigned and active but calls are blocked and it shows forbidding as reason for block
