Requirement of Hongkong Number

I have a business registered in Hong Kong but operate mainly from India. I am looking for a Hong Kong telephone number for global communication. My specific queries are:

1. I need a Hong Kong number that can receive calls globally.
2. Can I use this number for WhatsApp Business registration and communication?
3. For outgoing calls, I will mainly use WhatsApp calling. Occasionally, I want to make direct calls from the number as well.
4. Right now I do not want use your cloud system. I want to directly use a softphone app like Zoiper or similar SIP apps to receive and make calls. Can i make or receive calls?
5. Will you provide SIP credentials (username, password, SIP server) so that I can configure the number directly in my app without depending on your cloud system?
6. Please provide setup charges, monthly rental, and call rates (incoming/outgoing).

For a Hong Kong national phone number, we’ll need the following business registration information:

• Your name and last name
• Contact phone number
• Company name
• Copy of your company incorporation certificate
• Hong Kong Tripartite Agreement

We also need a Hong Kong address with a recent utility bill not older than 6 months.

5. Our phone system does provide SIP credentials for configuration. In the coming months, we’re developing internal VoIP accounts that will allow both incoming and outgoing calls without the full phone system (just a per-minute rate for outgoing).
