Number and Credit not alocated yet

I paid yesterday night for a UK virtual number. And hace bought extra cretid too apart from the initial recommended credit. Currently I have not yet been allocated with a number and the purchased credit is not showing on my account.

Lets see how long it will take. Will keep everyone posted. In this forum and out of this forum

Sorry to hear that, and we see you have auto-renew disabled. This number will just cancel on its own. More details on billing settings here.

If there were any issues with the number, please let us know as we see some errors in the call logs (My account > call history if you want to see them).

You are forwarding the FlyNumber to a phone number and then calling the FlyNumber from that same phone number - this causes a loop and won’t work. Try forwarding to a different number or calling the FlyNumber from another operator.
